Serving Clients Across The U.S. And Around The World

Bringing Families Together Through Immigration Law

At David Hirson & Partners, LLP, we unite families through the skilled application of U.S. immigration law. Our clients come from all over the world, reuniting with family members in Southern California and throughout the United States. The one thing they have in common is the need for skilled legal guidance that protects their immigration status and their family ties. For nearly three decades, we have provided that guidance.

Handling All Types Of Family-Based Visas

Family visas fall into one of two categories:

  • Immediate relative visas: These visa types allow immediate relatives to sponsor close family relations such as spouses, unmarried children under age 21, orphans adopted or about to be adopted by U.S. citizens, and parents whose children are U.S. citizens and at least 21 years of age.
  • Family preference immigrant visas: These visa types may be issued to adult sons and daughters of U.S. citizens and their spouses and minor children, spouses of lawful permanent residents, and siblings of U.S. citizens, provided the sponsor is at least 21 years of age.
